Responsibilities For Field Service Automation Engineer

  • Provide technical Level I and Level II phone and on-site support
  • Perform proactive service support activities to maintain system performance
  • Apply troubleshooting tools to identify issues and root causes
  • Record documentation of customer complaints and resolutions
  • Plan and execute training events with customers
  • Coordinate order delivery and billing of products/services
  • Partner with Account Managers to develop lab strategies
  • Achieve revenue generation goals in assigned accounts
  • Maintain trunk inventory accuracy

Requirements For Field Service Automation Engineer

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant experience with instrumentation utilized in a laboratory environment
  • 2 years of experience interfacing with customers
  • Must currently live in the Los Angeles, CA area
  • Able to travel up to 75%
