Sr. DevOps Engineer

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team of 13,000+ professionals dedicated to helping the US federal government strengthen national security and improve citizens' lives. In this role, you will be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, leveraging your expertise in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Amazon Web Services to build scalable data infrastructure
• Automate deployments and system tasks across multiple environments
• Work with technologies such as Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Active Directory, and Packer
• Design and build data services for consumption by clients and other services
• Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring systems are safe against security threats

Requirements:

• Academic degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics)
• 8 years of experience in the IT field
• 4 years of experience with deploying and maintaining IT automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Gitlab Runner, Jenkins, Nexus)
• 4 years of Linux experience with RedHat, CentOS, Scientific Linux, or similar Linux/Unix systems
• 4 years of experience with system administrative scripting (Bash, Python)
• 2 years of Kubernetes experience
• 2 years of experience in Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure
• An active TS clearance is required to start
