Responsibilities For ServiceNow Engineer/ITOM/Developer (AU Citizen only)

  • Participate in full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
  • Implement workflows, business rules, and automation
  • Work with IT teams and stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals
  • Provide post-implementation support and maintenance
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Assist with upgrades and patches
  • Provide training and support to end users

Requirements For ServiceNow Engineer/ITOM/Developer (AU Citizen only)

JavaScript
  • Proven experience in working with ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, APM)
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Must be an Australian Citizen (Baseline Clearance required)
