Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer - II
- Implement and support Adobe Cloud hosted applications, virtual machines, databases, and storage systems in cloud deployments
- Identify and support application monitoring solutions
- Repair and resolve challenging issues to sustain flawless operations
- Ensure maximum uptime, performance, and security for UNIX-based services
- Craft and improve operational documentation
- Support and mentor team members
- Analyze performance trends to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with engineering teams to roll out new products and services
- Perform system administration tasks
- Enforce security compliance processes and controls
- Automate routine cloud deployment and monitoring tasks
- Participate in 24x7 on-call pager rotation and incident management
Requirements For Site Reliability Engineer - II
- 4-8 years of expertise in medium to large-scale Linux and Windows environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, including deploying/migrating services and containerization
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, NewRelic
- Solid grasp of key protocols (TCP/IP, SSH, DNS, etc.)
- Familiarity with setup control tools such as Chef or Ansible
- Superb communication skills
- Experience in building Monitoring & Observability solutions
- Knowledge of big data services
- Understanding of security compliance frameworks
- Programming skills in Python/Java/Go
