The M-Sense Research Group within the Center for Remote Patient and Participant Monitoring at Wake Forest University School of Medicine is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their interdisciplinary team. This role focuses on developing digital health technologies and mobile applications that directly impact patient care across their integrated healthcare system serving over seven million patients.

The position involves working on cutting-edge projects developing digital biomarkers for balance and mobility impairment, creating digital therapeutics for fall prevention, and implementing digital health strategies for various age groups. The role includes developing solutions for mental health disorder detection and panic attack management.

As a Senior Software Developer, you'll be responsible for the complete mobile app development lifecycle, from system design to deployment and maintenance. The position requires extensive experience in iOS development, particularly in healthcare settings, with expertise in Core Bluetooth, Core Motion Frameworks, Research Kit, and Health Kit integration. Backend development experience, preferably with AWS, is essential.
