Responsibilities For Lead .NET Software Engineer

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable software solutions using .NET/C#
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with high unit test coverage
  • Provide technical leadership to the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Contribute to architectural vision and participate in reviews
  • Mentor and support team members
  • Identify and address technical risks and performance issues
  • Drive DevOps practices implementation
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements For Lead .NET Software Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years in technical/team lead role
  • Experience in designing complex distributed systems using .NET/C#
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles and patterns
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server
  • Experience with cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
  • DevOps practices experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka) is a plus
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Blazor, React) is a plus
