Responsibilities For AI Engineer
- Design and develop AI-based applications including machine learning models, natural language processing tools, and predictive analytics solutions
- Implement algorithms and models to improve performance and scalability across various platforms
- Collaborate with data analysts and software engineers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and enhance existing AI models
- Conduct research on advanced AI algorithms and technologies, evaluating their applicability to current projects
- Document processes, methodologies, and technical specifications
- Monitor model performance and iterate on design based on real-world feedback and data
Requirements For AI Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI or machine learning roles
- Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
