Product & Rule Management System Developer

AIA, a century-old pioneer in insurance, is seeking a Product & Rule Management System Developer to join their Distribution Platform Team in Seoul. This role is part of the Product & Rule Part division, which is responsible for developing new products for all AIA Life sales channels and defining product-specific business rules and underwriting processes.

The position requires a skilled developer with at least 3 years of application development experience and 2 years in insurance systems, particularly with SFA experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, SQL, RDBMS, Spring Framework, REST API, and Linux environments, along with experience in business rule engine implementations.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the product & rule management system, analyzing business requirements, resolving technical issues, managing system performance, and ensuring quality control. The role involves significant collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to understand business needs and implement effective solutions.
