Claims System Lead Developer

AIG is seeking a Claims System Lead Developer to spearhead their Claims Systems Transformation program. This key leadership role will be responsible for managing the development team and overseeing the modernization of claims systems through future-proof solution design. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IT delivery experience, combining technical expertise with comprehensive P&C insurance knowledge in the Claims domain.

The role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively across multiple domains including Billing, PAS, and Front-End systems. You'll be responsible for end-to-end claims IT systems modernization, working with modern architecture, APIs, and various database technologies. The position demands strong leadership skills to manage and inspire development teams while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
