Job Description

AiPrise is revolutionizing global compliance for the modern world by providing a comprehensive platform that powers KYC, KYB, and fraud detection for fintechs across emerging markets. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports our identity verification platform.

You'll be responsible for building essential tooling for monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability across services. The role involves managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and security through industry best practices. You'll work closely with the engineering team to improve system performance and uptime, while helping define and enforce infrastructure-related SLAs and incident response protocols.

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles, with strong expertise in cloud platforms (particularly AWS). You should be familiar with Docker, container orchestration, and Linux systems, and have experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code, and monitoring systems. A solid understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems is essential. Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, or PostgreSQL performance tuning is a plus.

At AiPrise, backed by Y Combinator and Okta Ventures, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with the founding team on high-impact projects, with autonomy to own infrastructure end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll tackle complex, real-world problems in fraud, identity, and compliance while helping build the identity infrastructure for the next billion users. We offer a flexible remote setup and competitive compensation to ensure you can do your best work.
