Airbnb is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their User Listing Marketplace Intelligence Machine Learning (ULM-ML) team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of host and guest experiences on one of the world's leading hospitality platforms.

The position involves working with the ULM-ML team, which is responsible for host personalization products and data-driven solutions to enhance the Airbnb host experience. Key products include manage your space (MYS), host quality standards, and host pricing tooling. The team manages data pipelines and ML models, building services that directly impact the platform's effectiveness.

As a Senior ML Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to leverage open source, third party, and proprietary ML models to improve both Host and Guest experiences. The role requires close collaboration with data scientists, product partners, and other ML + data engineers to execute on strategic opportunities and enhance the product experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working with large-scale structured and unstructured data, building and improving cutting-edge ML models, collaborating with cross-functional partners, prototyping ML use cases, and developing production-ready ML models and pipelines at scale. The role requires expertise in both Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision, along with strong programming skills and deep understanding of ML best practices.
