Staff Software Engineer, Growth Platform

Airbnb is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their CRM Engineering team, focusing on the Growth Platform initiative. This role is at the forefront of building an AI-driven growth platform that will serve as the engine for Airbnb's supply expansion. The team tackles various challenging projects, including the Growth Platform, Policy Platform, Community Platform, Agent Tools, and Aircover Claims Platform.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing solutions that leverage AI to provide sales insights, meet supply needs, and help hosts succeed on the platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, business, product, and design stakeholders, to deliver critical initiatives that impact Airbnb's growth trajectory.

The position requires strong technical expertise in backend programming languages and modern frontend frameworks, combined with the ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate effectively. You'll be expected to mentor other engineers, contribute to technical quality culture, and maintain an end-to-end mentality that transcends team boundaries.

This remote-eligible position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $204,000 - $255,000 USD, plus potential bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
