Senior Software Engineer, Guest & Host

Airbnb, a global hospitality platform founded in 2007, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Listings Backend team. This role is crucial in enabling host journey success by implementing backend functionality for the Listing platforms LYS and MYS.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $191,000 to $223,000 USD, plus additional benefits including equity, bonus potential, and Employee Travel Credits. This is a remote-eligible position within the US, offering flexibility while maintaining connection through occasional office visits or offsites as needed.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of industry experience, with a strong background in building high-traffic products and systems. You should have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to evaluate technical approaches while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.
