Staff Fullstack Engineer, Reservation Management

Airbnb, a global hospitality platform that has facilitated over 2 billion guest arrivals since 2007, is seeking a Staff Fullstack Engineer for their Reservation Management team. This critical role involves working on systems and surfaces responsible for recording all orders at Airbnb and providing a scalable foundation for additional products such as travel insurance and Experiences.

The position offers an opportunity to work on systems that directly impact Airbnb's core booking experience for both guests and hosts. As a Staff Engineer, you'll provide hands-on technical leadership to a diverse team of software developers, focusing on operating and improving the core Reservation/Order Platform. The ideal candidate will bring 9+ years of relevant software development experience and excel at designing future-state technical systems that align with high-level product goals. You'll be responsible for leading engineers across teams, participating in product and UX requirement development, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. The role involves extensive collaboration with various internal teams including Search, Checkout, Payments, Trust, and others.

This remote-eligible position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $204,000 - $255,000 USD, plus potential bonus, equity, and Employee Travel Credits.
