Staff Software Engineer, Guest & Host - Pricing Guidance Team

This role sits within the broader Host and Guest community teams, focusing on empowering Airbnb hosts with sophisticated tools and education to implement effective pricing strategies.

As a Staff Backend Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of crafting next-generation tools that directly impact how hosts manage their businesses. The position requires a product-focused approach and involves close collaboration with various teams including Data Science, Modeling, Design, and Product. You'll be responsible for driving technology and implementation strategies that enhance the host experience on the platform.
