This role focuses on developing next-generation tools that empower Airbnb hosts to effectively manage their properties and optimize their revenue. The position involves working on the Host Calendar, a crucial tool that provides hosts with comprehensive booking management capabilities and market insights.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical strategy and implementation, working closely with product and design teams to create solutions that enhance the host experience. The position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $204,000 - $254,000 USD, plus equity, bonuses, and travel benefits. While the role is remote-eligible within the US, it may require occasional office visits or offsite meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to make a meaningful impact in a company that has transformed the way people travel and experience new places.
