Software Engineer - A400M Mission Planning Systems

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their A400M Mission Planning Systems team in Getafe. This role is part of the Transport Aircraft Mission Support Systems solutions department (TADMO7), where you'll work on developing and maintaining mission support and planning systems for A400M, C295, and MRTT platforms. The position offers an opportunity to work in an agile, multi-functional team responsible for the Mission Planning & Restitution System (MPRS).

As a Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing software architecture, ensuring best practices compliance, and driving agile development processes. The role requires expertise in C# programming, with C++ skills being highly valuable. Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and database management systems is essential.
