Job Description

Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Material & Process Business-owned Tool Developer intern at their Donauwörth location. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the Laboratory Materials & Processes Department, focusing on developing and improving business tools and automation processes. The internship, starting from September 2025, spans 3-6 months and is perfect for students in Engineering or Computer Science.

The position involves working with modern technologies and automation tools, particularly Google Suite applications and development platforms. You'll be responsible for analyzing process landscapes, developing automated solutions, and improving existing business tools. The role combines technical development with business process optimization in the aerospace industry.

  • Analyze current process landscape linked to Materials & Processes
  • Assess workflows in daily business of the M&P engineers
  • Develop automation on existing business-owned tools and data flows
  • Develop automated monitoring / reporting on used data
  • Suggest improvements on existing business-owned tools

Requirements For Internship Material & Process Business-owned Tool Developer

Java
  • Enrolled full-time student in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Experience with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)
  • Google App Sheet and Google App Script or Java knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English, French is helpful
