- Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus application portfolio
- Design and develop high quality scalable and reliable solutions
- Perform deep technology root cause analysis and performance improvement
- Define/suggest best practices and Golden rules
- Engage customers on requirements and delivery
- Problem solving and analytical tasks
- Work with European customers
Requirements For Lead Software Engineer
- 6+ years of experience in .Net Development with overall development exposure of 8+ years
- Experience in Support or customer service
- Extensive understanding of C# (.Net) technology and entity framework
- Background in designing and developing cloud-based solutions
- Good experience on SQL and relational databases
- Experience with AWS Cloud and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, CheckMarx, Artifactory)
- Experience working with APIs design
- Experience working in an agile team
- Customer facing skills with experience working with European customers
- Knowledge of load balancing and load testing using Jmeter
