Graduate Systems Engineer

Airbus is seeking a Graduate Systems Engineer to join their team in Portsmouth as part of their Global Graduate Programme. This is a two-year development journey starting September 2026, designed for recent graduates passionate about pioneering sustainable aerospace. The role focuses on developing Software Defined Radio solutions for modems and military satellite communications equipment, combining systems engineering with hands-on technical work.

The position offers a unique blend of technical and professional development, including systems architecture design, verification planning, and practical implementation of solutions. You'll work with cutting-edge tools like Matlab for waveform modeling, engage in Digital Signal Processing, and use modern development tools including Atlassian suite and Enterprise Architect.
