Job Description

Airbus is seeking a Graduate Space Digital Systems Engineer to join their team starting September 2026. This position is part of the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, a two-year development journey designed to cultivate professional skills, enhance business acumen, and develop technical abilities. The role focuses on developing complex systems across digital connectivity in Mission Systems.

The position offers hands-on experience in designing defence mission-critical systems and complex end-to-end communications systems. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and tools including MBSE/SYSML, Python, Java, C++, and Enterprise Architectures/Cameo. The role combines systems engineering with software development, making it ideal for graduates looking to build a career in space and defense technology.

As part of the program, you'll participate in annual development weeks with other global graduates, learning directly from industry leaders. The position emphasizes both technical development and leadership potential, with opportunities to work on meaningful projects from day one. Responsibilities For Space Digital Systems Engineer
