Job Description

Airbus is seeking a Graduate Space Digital System Engineer to join their team starting September 2026. This position is part of the Airbus Global Graduate development journey, a personalized two-year program designed to cultivate professional skills, enhance business acumen, and develop technical abilities. The role focuses on space digital systems engineering within the Mission Systems area of digital connectivity.

The position offers hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and managing complex systems across multiple domains. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and tools including MBSE/SYSML, Python, Java, C++, and Enterprise Architectures/Cameo. The role involves supporting the design of Defence mission-critical systems and complex end-to-end communications systems globally.

As part of the graduate program, you'll join a global graduate community for annual development weeks, connecting with peers and learning from industry leaders. The program emphasizes leadership development from day one, providing opportunities to contribute directly to impactful projects while gaining a comprehensive understanding of Airbus's business operations.
