Responsibilities For Senior Full Stack Engineer
- Lead end-to-end development of key features and services across the stack
- Build and maintain performant APIs using Django and Django REST Framework
- Design efficient data models and optimize queries in Postgres
- Create seamless, responsive frontend interfaces with React, Svelte, and SvelteKit
- Collaborate with product, design, operations, and founders
- Make technical decisions around architecture, frameworks, testing, and deployment
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Perform thoughtful code reviews and mentor teammates
- Optimize for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Requirements For Senior Full Stack Engineer
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer
- Deep experience with Django, Django REST Framework, and Postgres
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and frontend frameworks like React and Typescript
- Comfort building, maintaining, and scaling APIs, databases, and frontend UIs
- Strong grasp of software design principles, testing, and debugging
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Clear communicator and collaborator with a product mindset
