Full Stack Developer/Growth Engineer - PHP, Laravel, React JS

Akiflow is seeking a Full Stack Developer/Growth Engineer to take ownership of web projects, marketing funnels, and integrations. This role blends technical development with growth-focused, marketing-driven initiatives, working closely with both technical and marketing teams to help Akiflow scale.

The ideal candidate should be smart, fast, proactive, and sharp — someone who enjoys solving problems and making real impact. This is not just a "build the feature and move on" role, but a critical position that requires deep involvement with marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and scale Akiflow's websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels
• Handle mobile adaptation, speed optimization, technical SEO, and analytics tracking
• Develop and integrate backend solutions, including REST APIs (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• Work with marketing team on growth initiatives
• Implement innovative features and optimizations
• Provide technical support when needed

Technical Requirements:

• 5-7+ years PHP development experience
• 3-5 years Laravel framework experience
• 2-3+ years ReactJS experience
• Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with REST APIs and services
• Knowledge of technical SEO, tracking, and analytics
• Docker experience
• Git proficiency
• Excellent English communication skills
