Alcon, the global leader in eye care, is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst/Developer to join their IT team in Warsaw, Poland. This role combines technical expertise in ServiceNow platform development with business analysis, focusing on automated testing and service improvement. The position requires strong technical skills in ServiceNow, including ATF development and CSDM implementation, along with business process understanding.
The role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading medical device company while contributing to critical IT service management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated tests, collaborating with global stakeholders, and driving continuous service improvements. They will work in a hybrid environment, spending 3 days in a modern Warsaw office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities For ServiceNow Analyst/Developer
- Design, create, and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow's ATF
- Collaborate with business to gather requirements and configure ServiceNow solutions
- Model and onboard applications into ServiceNow according to CSDM
- Conduct data mapping and validation tasks
- Implement Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
- Document system configurations and testing procedures
- Provide training and support to end users
- Collaborate with ServiceNow product support team
- Follow agile development and release processes
Requirements For ServiceNow Analyst/Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) development
- Experience in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Modeling
- Strong understanding of Service Management (ITIL) principles
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (mandatory)
- ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Administrator certification (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
