Responsibilities For ServiceNow Analyst/Developer
- Collaborate with business to gather and analyze requirements, design, and configure solutions in ServiceNow
- Support implementation and maintenance of automated testing framework
- Monitor and report on automated tests status
- Conduct data mapping and validation tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders for CSDM principles implementation
- Implement Continuous Service Improvement initiatives
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Provide training and support to end users
- Manage story/feature releases through agile development process
- Collaborate with ServiceNow product support team
Requirements For ServiceNow Analyst/Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Platform
- Experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) development
- Experience in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Modeling
- Strong understanding of Service Management (ITIL) principles
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (mandatory)
- ServiceNow ATF Administrator certification (mandatory)
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
