Senior Software Engineer I - (Front-End)

As a Senior Software Engineer I at Aledade, you'll be part of a team that maintains, improves, and expands our web application and data pipelines. We're seeking engineers who understand that writing new code isn't always the solution, but when technological changes are needed, they create secure, maintainable, performant, correct, scalable, and stable solutions to complex healthcare industry challenges.

You'll embrace strategies that minimize risk, focusing on observability, alerting, metrics, high test coverage, and frequent releases that incrementally build value. Your primary duties will include developing scalable and performant solutions, partnering with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key requirements include:

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 4+ years experience building full-stack web applications
• 3+ years experience with SQL or database querying on large datasets
• 2+ years as a trusted technical decision-maker
• 2+ years coaching other engineers

Bonus skills include experience with health-tech systems, proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, expertise in server-side web technologies, and familiarity with cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
