Senior Software Engineer I, Front End

Aledade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I specializing in Front End development to join their technology team. This role focuses on maintaining, improving, and expanding their web application and data pipelines in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will create secure, maintainable, performant, and scalable solutions while embracing risk-minimizing strategies through observability, alerting, metrics, and high test coverage.

The position requires a strong technical background with at least 4 years of full-stack web application development experience and 3+ years of SQL expertise. The role involves significant technical leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior engineers and making technical decisions that balance short-term and long-term business value.
