We are seeking a skilled DBT Developer to join Allshore Talent, focusing on designing and maintaining scalable data transformation pipelines. The position requires 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with strong expertise in DBT and Hightouch for reverse ETL workflows. You'll work with cloud data warehouses and apply advanced data modeling techniques.

The role offers a flexible schedule while requiring an 8-hour overlap with PST. Responsibilities For DBT Developer (Hightouch) (Remote - Latam)

  • Develop and maintain DBT transformation pipelines and scalable data models
  • Implement and manage Hightouch syncs to move data from warehouses to operational tools
  • Monitor sync performance and resolve schema, API, or data freshness issues
  • Optimize SQL queries and DBT models for maintainability and efficiency
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues
  • Design and manage ELT/ETL workflows for large-scale data transfers
  • Implement and monitor alerting for replication latency and performance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements For DBT Developer (Hightouch) (Remote - Latam)

Python
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related field
  • Proven hands-on experience with DBT (Cloud or Core)
  • Experience with Hightouch for reverse ETL workflows
  • Strong SQL proficiency, including advanced multi-layer queries
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Experience with data modeling techniques including star schema and normalization
  • Hands-on experience developing pipelines in cloud environments
  • Working knowledge of Python is a plus (Java, JavaScript, or C# also beneficial)
  • Advanced English communication skills
