Job Description

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an ADC Engineer II in the PEET US ADC Periphery team, where you'll be at the forefront of cloud computing innovation. This role focuses on supporting AWS High Performance Computing (HPC) services, including AWS Batch, Parallel Cluster, and Parallel Computing Service. You'll be working with the world's largest cloud infrastructure, designing and implementing solutions for U.S. Government agencies.

The position is part of a specialized group working with the U.S. Intelligence Community, requiring an active TS/SCI security clearance. You'll be responsible for developing and managing critical infrastructure that powers large-scale simulations and deep learning workloads in the cloud.

  • Design, deploy, monitor, and automate infrastructure
  • Support development in ADC regions across AWS High Performance Computing services
  • Implement and operate large-scale distributed systems
  • Support AWS IoT and AWS HPC family of products and services
  • Provide highly-available and resilient platform for customer workloads

Requirements For ADC Engineer II, Platform Engineering and Emerging Technologies

Linux
  • Associate's degree or above, or Cloud+ or GICSP or GSEC or SSCP certification
  • 3+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows)
  • 1+ years experience working with scripting languages
  • 3+ years of networking experience
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
