Join Amazon's Intelligent Talent Acquisition (ITA) team as an AI/ML Engineer and help revolutionize the hiring process. ITA is a cutting-edge organization combining people science and technology to connect the right talent with the right opportunities. As part of this team, you'll work on state-of-the-art research, advanced software tools, and machine learning algorithms that power Amazon's hiring operations at unprecedented scale.

Last year, the team delivered over 6 million online candidate assessments and played a crucial role in Amazon's ability to hire hundreds of thousands of workers precisely when and where needed. You'll be developing AI/ML solutions, working with Amazon's in-house tech stack, and collaborating with engineers, scientists, and product managers to bring innovative hiring solutions to life.

  • Effectively communicate technical and non-technical ideas

Requirements For AI/ML Engineer, Intelligent Talent Acquisition

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
