Application Development Engineer, Building Integration and Data - GREF Tech

The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Tech team at Amazon, part of Finance Automation, is seeking a passionate Application Development Engineer to help create the next generation of real estate systems. This role involves developing services, products, and tools to enable Amazon's corporate real estate team to manage facilities across 60+ countries. The position focuses on building systems that deliver seamless workspace experiences for over 500,000 employees.

As an Application Development Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of hardware and software integration, managing everything from air quality sensors to wayfinding solutions. The role involves collecting and analyzing data from millions of sensors, using AI to provide recommendations for optimal office space utilization. You'll be responsible for ensuring system integration and maintaining healthy interfaces across the entire infrastructure.
