Join Amazon's Prime & Marketing Analytics and Science (PRIMAS) team as a Business Intelligence Engineer in either London or Amsterdam. This role focuses on providing comprehensive understanding of customer segments, affinities, and lifetime value using cutting-edge data science tools and advanced analytical techniques. You'll study customer purchase and engagement behaviors to generate actionable insights, helping increase customer engagement, sales, and marketing efficiency. Working with state-of-the-art automated large-scale analytics systems, you'll design and conduct experiments across various marketing channels.   • Working on complex loosely defined analytics problems and defining BI strategy
  • Providing analytics solutions for complex business problems
  • Designing and implementing technical solutions with appropriate analytics strategy
  • Providing analyses, frameworks and solutions that inform business decisions
  • Driving best practices in operational excellence, data modelling, and analysis

Requirements For Business Intel Engineer, EU Customer Behavior and Marketing Analytics and Data Science

Python
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
  • Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse
  • Experience with Python scripting to process data for modeling
  • Experience in the data/BI space
