As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating data models, acquiring new data sources, and building comprehensive data visualizations for stakeholders. You'll work with state-of-the-art research, advanced software tools, AI systems, and machine learning algorithms using Amazon's in-house tech stack.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $89,600 to $185,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You'll be part of a team that supports Amazon Talent Acquisition by transforming data into insights on hourly associate and corporate hiring. The role requires strong analytical skills, natural curiosity, and the ability to tackle big challenges.

Key responsibilities include building analytical reports and dashboards, partnering with Data Engineering and Data Science teams, measuring operational health metrics, and being the voice of customers through data. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience with data analysis, visualization tools, and programming languages like Python and SQL.
