Business Intelligence Engineer, Workforce Solutions

This role within the Workforce Solutions organization seeks a Business Intelligence Engineer to join a diverse team of technical specialists. The position focuses on leveraging Generative AI and intelligent agents to analyze workforce staffing data across Amazon's global Fulfillment Center network.

The role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring the ability to generate data-driven narratives and actionable insights. You'll work with AI to automate pattern discovery and develop AI-powered dashboards that visualize complex data stories. The position involves close collaboration with Product Managers and technical peers to address business challenges and meet associate needs globally.

Key responsibilities include developing scalable solutions, establishing and monitoring KPIs, working with large datasets, and building automated BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and experience with data visualization tools, data modeling, and ETL pipelines. Technical requirements include proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with various database systems.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $89,600 to $185,000 based on location and experience, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
