Business Intelligence Engineer, Workforce Solutions

At Amazon People Experience & Technology (PXT), we're using modern technologies to solve complex human problems at scale. The Workforce Solutions organization is seeking Business Intelligence Engineers to join their cross-functional team working on workforce staffing solutions for Amazon's global Fulfillment Center network.

The role focuses on leveraging Generative AI and intelligent agents to analyze large datasets, uncover patterns, and identify business opportunities. You'll be responsible for creating data-driven narratives and actionable business recommendations while developing AI-powered dashboards for data visualization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating business requirements into scalable solutions
• Designing and establishing KPIs to monitor analysis
• Working with large datasets and building automated reporting dashboards
• Developing high-value, self-service BI solutions
• Collaborating with data engineering and product management teams

You'll work alongside Product Managers, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Scientists to solve complex workforce challenges. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively translate insights into business decisions.

This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $89,600 to $185,000 per year based on location and experience, plus equity and comprehensive benefits including medical, financial, and other benefits.
