AWS Support Engineering team (formerly Premium Support) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Development and Mobile Services to provide technical assistance to customers utilizing AWS cloud services. This role is part of the team providing 24/7 Japanese technical support.
As a Cloud Support Engineer, your primary mission is to help drive customer innovation through technical expertise. You'll work with various customer use cases daily, creating an environment of continuous learning. You'll also play a crucial role in providing feedback to service development teams about AWS service challenges and improvements identified through customer interactions.
The Development and Mobile Services (DMS) profile focuses on services targeted at application developers, including serverless, mobile, IoT, and messaging services. You'll be working in an environment that promotes work-life harmony, with no night shifts required due to global coverage across different time zones.
