Cloud Support Engineer (Linux)

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their Support team, working with the latest cloud computing technologies. The position requires working night shifts in India (7 PM to 4 AM IST or 11 PM to 8 AM IST) on a 5-day rotational schedule. You'll be part of AWS's 24/7/365 operations, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, partnering with development teams, and driving customer success through various channels including phone, email, and chat support.
