Data Engineer, Amazon Prime Video Data, Analytics, Insight and Excellence Team

Prime Video, Amazon's streaming service, is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join their Data, Analytics, Insight and Excellence Team. This role sits at the intersection of entertainment and technology, working with Prime Video's vast data infrastructure that supports their streaming service reaching over 200 million Prime members globally.

The position involves working in a complex data warehouse environment, where you'll be responsible for designing and implementing analytical data infrastructure, managing AWS resources, and building ETL pipelines. You'll collaborate with analysts, business intelligence engineers, and data scientists to implement advanced analytics algorithms and work with external data vendors to onboard new datasets.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of data engineering experience, with strong SQL skills and knowledge of distributed systems. Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, and Kinesis is preferred. You'll be working on critical data infrastructure that helps shape the future of digital entertainment at one of the world's largest streaming platforms.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $118,900 to $205,600 based on location and experience, plus additional benefits including medical coverage and 401k.
