Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance of equipment
  • Performing daily corrective work

A day in the life includes:

  • Working semi-autonomously in operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Executing project scopes of basic complexity
  • Providing timely escalation for facilities-related issues
  • First-line troubleshooting and reporting of facility events
  • Assisting junior and peer EOTs
  • Overseeing third-party vendors
  • Using administrative tools for change management, ticketing, and asset management
  • Flexibility for changes to work schedule, with shifts up to 12-hours that may rotate on a predefined schedule

Join our diverse team committed to maintaining critical data center infrastructure and ensuring near 100% availability of facility systems while providing first-class customer service to supporting teams and key stakeholders.
