This role serves as the crucial link between AR and Reliability and Maintenance Engineers (RME), focusing on maintaining and optimizing robotic technologies in Amazon's facilities. Responsibilities For Hardware Support Engineer, FHSE

  • Front line resolution of technical inquiries and escalations from RME
  • Provide On-Site escalation assistance to reliability and maintenance teams
  • Work with support teams on resolution of complex technical inquiries
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Amazon Robotic assets
  • Identify and address trending hardware performance issues
  • Capture voice of the customer and influence product design
  • Execute continuous improvement projects using automation
  • Work independently in a complex, fast-paced environment

Requirements For Hardware Support Engineer, FHSE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Process) or relevant STEM degree
  • 4+ years experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or equivalent environment
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Troubleshooting expertise with proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% and minimum of 50%
