Job Description

Amazon Operations is seeking an IT Support Engineer Intern to join their team in 2025. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, working alongside industry-leading engineers to solve complex technical challenges. Key responsibilities include delivering high-level IT support, managing and deploying diverse IT devices and technologies, diagnosing technical issues, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The intern will work on innovative projects that directly impact customer experience and have the opportunity to contribute to solving some of the most complex technical challenges in the company.

The internship provides a supportive community, networking opportunities, and structured development through exclusive learning sessions. Successful interns may be considered for graduate roles or second internships. The position offers a competitive monthly salary, relocation support, and access to employee benefits.

Key qualifications:

  • Currently in penultimate or final year of a university degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related tech fields
  • Eligible for a full-time internship of 3-6 months
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English (C1 level)
  • Basic knowledge of systems, networks, or operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server operating systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to take on challenges
