Quality Assurance Engineer I, Easyship and Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) WW Expansion

Amazon's Seller Experience and Fulfillment Technology (SFT) team in Bangalore is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer I to join their mission of building tech solutions that empower sellers to delight the next billion customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on strategic business initiatives for Amazon's e-commerce systems.

As a QAE, you will be responsible for:

1. Designing, planning, executing, and automating tests for software across various n-tier architectures and cutting-edge technologies.
2. Driving End-to-End Quality Assurance activities for customer and business-critical features.
3. Automating service level and UI tests to reduce manual effort and deliver faster to customers.
4. Understanding software internals, debugging problems, and reporting defects with clear reproducible steps.
5. Coordinating with multiple teams to communicate technical requirements and drive schedules.
6. Contributing to process improvement to enhance delivery speed and quality of launched features.
7. Debugging and fixing automated tests, as well as adding new tests to existing automated test suites.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid software testing foundation.
• Passion for quality and enthusiasm for new cutting-edge technology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in automation testing, including both backend and frontend.
• Familiarity with API and Mobile testing (preferred).
