Responsibilities For Security Engineer II, Ads Security
- Collaborate with service and platform owners on security best practices
- Perform security assessments on SaaS implementations and data management systems
- Coordinate and oversee penetration testing activities
- Identify security risks and recommend solutions
- Contribute to security culture through knowledge sharing
- Develop security-focused tools and training
- Support incident response activities as a security expert
- Review and approve mitigation plans for Ads products
Requirements For Security Engineer II, Ads Security
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3+ years of programming in Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++ or similar object oriented language
- 5+ years of threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration and network security
- Experience implementing security solutions at the business division level
- Knowledge of network and web related protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocols)
