Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, EU Consumables Customer Engagement

Amazon is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer for their EU Consumables division, focusing on driving customer demand and improving customer experience. This role sits within the Consumables Customer Experience (CCE) team, which handles CX, Item Data Quality, and Engagement for EU Consumables business.

The position combines technical expertise in data engineering with business acumen, requiring strong skills in Python, SQL, and AWS technologies. You'll be working with large-scale data sets (multi-TB) to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role involves building automated reporting systems, creating dashboards using Quicksight, and implementing BigData solutions for near-real-time insights.

As a Senior BI Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Category Leaders, and Business Leadership to analyze customer behavior and improve customer experience. You'll be responsible for tracking the entire customer journey, developing strategies to increase customer engagement, and creating frameworks for measuring success.
