Senior Data Support Engineer, Chronicle

Amazon's Chronicle team within Selling Partner Services is seeking a Senior Data Support Engineer to join their high-impact team. The role focuses on supporting Turismo, a widely-used product suite powered by Ripple, a PrestoDB-based query engine processing over 2M queries weekly. You'll work on securing and governing data end-to-end, managing access across multiple storage layers, tracking data quality, and ensuring correct data semantics.

The position offers an opportunity to work with petabytes of data from various sources, supporting Amazon's retail business teams in analyzing vendors, categories, and brands. The platform runs entirely on AWS, presenting cutting-edge engineering challenges at scale. You'll be part of a full-stack team including Product Managers, UX designers, TPMs, SDEs, DEs, and Data Scientists.

This role is critical for Amazon's retail business, helping teams analyze massive amounts of vendor and business performance metrics to expand selection and drive costs lower.
