Software Development Engineer, App Foundry

The App Foundry team in Amazon Music owns iOS, Android, and FireTablet platforms along with playback, downloads, metrics, auth, security, and more. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of mobile experience who has the passion to help us build the best music experience for millions of customers around the world.

As a Senior SDE, you will:

• Develop the best apps possible across iOS, Android, and FireTablet platforms
• Work on playback, downloads, metrics, auth, and security features
• Apply strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality
• Deliver results independently and as part of a team
• Coach other engineers and develop engineering processes
• Design and architect new and existing systems
• Resolve ambiguity and experiment with new ideas
• Present ideas to developers and leadership

The position comes with competitive compensation ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 per year based on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits including medical, financial, and other benefits.
