Software Development Engineer, Manufacturing Software Systems

Project Kuiper is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network focused on delivering fast, reliable internet globally. The Manufacturing Software Systems (MSS) team is seeking a Software Development Engineer to tackle technical challenges in manufacturing satellites, ground equipment, and ASICs.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop manufacturing software to drive assembly, calibration, testing, and provisioning of satellites
• Build end-to-end system capabilities for manufacturing orchestration across factory production lines
• Architect secure manufacturing software systems protecting Kuiper IP and assets
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams spanning software, hardware, networks, RF, embedded, real-time, and industrial automation systems
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, product engineering, and security engineering teams
