Software Development Engineer, Pricing

Join Amazon's Pricing team to build innovative pricing automation solutions for Global Sellers – a $50+B rapidly growing business. As a Software Development Engineer, you'll be part of a new India-based tech team focused on helping global sellers offer competitive prices across all countries. The team is responsible for managing prices of all offers in Amazon's catalog, both retail and 3rd party, using solutions that drive an incremental 1 billion dollar of revenue year over year.

You'll work on building distributed, highly-available, and scalable pricing tools and services that are used by millions of Sellers worldwide and help billions of Amazon's Customers to buy items at competitive prices. This role directly influences Amazon's company flywheel through pricing optimization and automation.

The ideal candidate will be technically focused, love building clean and efficient user experiences, and thrive in a team environment that values flexibility and creative thinking. You'll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
