Job Description

The Public Sector Customer Engineering (PS CE) team at AWS helps customers solve their most challenging business problems by developing innovative prototypes using cloud and open-source technologies. The team works on unique challenges like using image recognition for missing persons, AI for ride-share optimization, and machine learning for exam grading.

As a Software Development Engineer, you'll:

  • Design, develop, test and deploy well-architected software solutions
  • Work hands-on across multiple disciplines including backend, frontend, DevOps, machine learning, and data science
  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand business challenges and develop rapid prototypes
  • Use the latest AWS services and open-source technologies
